Long lunches, done properly
There is a particular kind of lunch that starts at noon and quietly becomes the afternoon. We built Sistas for exactly that. Fully licensed from open, right on the boardwalk at Mindarie Marina.
The formula
Start with a Sistas Spritz while you decide. Move to share plates: croquettes, arancini, a charcuterie board for the table. Then let the WA wine list take over, with Margaret River chardonnay, Swan Valley shiraz and a few cellar picks for when the occasion calls for it.
The setting
Hamptons-style interiors, a terrace over the water, and the kind of light that makes every photo look like you planned it. Groups of six or more can book ahead; smaller tables are always welcome to walk in.
The best lunches are the ones nobody schedules an end for.
