Long lunches, done properly

There is a particular kind of lunch that starts at noon and quietly becomes the afternoon. We built Sistas for exactly that — fully licensed from open, right on the boardwalk at Mindarie Marina.

The formula

Start with a Sistas Spritz while you decide. Move to share plates — croquettes, bruschetta, a charcuterie board for the table. Then let the WA wine list take over: Margaret River chardonnay, Swan Valley shiraz, and a few cellar picks for when the occasion calls for it.

The setting

Hamptons-style interiors, a terrace over the water, and the kind of light that makes every photo look like you planned it. Groups of six or more can book ahead; smaller tables are always welcome to walk in.

The best lunches are the ones nobody schedules an end for.
